You understand and agree that any translation of the Terms into other languages is only for your convenience. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
Acceptance of Terms
The Terms of Use applies to all users of www.franfindr.in and its Services, including, without limitation, users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials or Services, registered or otherwise.

Ownership of FranDocs Content
The content included in the Services, including all Web site design, text, graphics, photos, audio, video, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software that are part of the Services (collectively, the “Content”) is owned or licensed by FranDocs and/or its licensors. All Content is made available to you for your personal, non-commercial use and may be stored on a computer only for such use. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patent and other proprietary rights and laws. Publication, sale, redistribution in any form or medium, as well as modification or use of the Content, except as expressly permitted, is prohibited without the prior written permission of FranDocs.
Use License
We grant each user of the Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use (i.e., to download and display locally) Content, to the extent we hold such rights, solely for purposes of using the Services. Any review, which is derogatory, defamatory or hateful and without any substantial evidence may be taken down at our sole discretion. User Reviews
Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
We are a neutral platform and we don’t arbitrate disputes, however in case if someone writes a review about a college that isn’t true, the best option for the college representative would be to contact the reviewer or post a public response in order to clear up any misunderstandings.
In the event a user uses a false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads as to the origin of any content. FranDocs reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, refuse, delete or edit any content that in the sole judgment of FranDocs violates these Conditions of use and, or terminate your permission to access or use this website.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
For all Users
You and FranDocs agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
Headings
The section and paragraph headings in this User Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
Carrier Rates may apply
By accessing the Services through a mobile or other device, you may be subject to charges by your Internet or mobile service provider, so check with them first if you are not sure, as you will be responsible for any such costs.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Right Infringements
If you believe that your rights are being infringed, you may fill out and submit a Notice Form in the procedure mentioned below. We respond expeditiously to rights owners and their agents who complete and submit the Notice Form to communicate concerns about any alleged infringement.

You agree to indemnify FranDocs for all claims brought by a third party against FranDocs arising out of or in connection with the submission of a Notice Form.
If you believe that your copyright has been or is being infringed upon by material found in the Services, you are required to follow the below procedure to file a notification:
- Provide your contact information including your address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if available)
- Identify in writing the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed upon;
- Identify in writing the material on the Services that you allege is infringing upon copyrighted material, and provide sufficient information that reasonably identifies the location of the alleged infringing material (for example, the user name of the alleged infringer and the business listing it is posted under)
